What is Ayni?
Ayni is a Quechua word that means "today for you, tomorrow for me". It refers to the Andean principle of reciprocity, which is a core value of Andean culture. Ayni is based on the idea that people are connected and have a mutual responsibility for each other's well-being.

Ayni Oncology connects oncology professionals to share skills, ideas, protocols, and workflows, fostering increased utilization of existing software resources through community, reciprocity and gamification—making positive change engaging and enjoyable
How does Ayni work?
